Arise Technology Company provides web design, website hosting, website maintenance, marketing automation, and related technology services to small businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to each client.
2. Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to anyone who violates these terms.
3. Communications and SMS Messaging
By submitting your contact information through any form on this website, you consent to receive communications from Arise Technology Company. We may contact you via email, phone, or SMS in response to your inquiry or to provide information about our services.
If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to SMS communications, you may receive text messages related to your inquiry, service updates, appointment reminders, or promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at saul@arisetechco.com.
Marketing consent is separate from transactional consent. We will not combine these consent types, and neither will be shared with third parties.
4. Payment Terms
All fees for services are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals. One-time project fees are typically billed 50% upfront and 50% upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring monthly services are billed on a monthly basis. Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt. A late fee of $25 applies to invoices unpaid after 7 days. Work may be paused on accounts with invoices unpaid after 14 days. Cancellation of recurring services requires 30 days written notice.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, clients own the content and design assets created specifically for their project. Arise Technology Company retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio. We do not transfer ownership of third-party tools, themes, plugins, or platforms used in the delivery of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Arise Technology Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms including but not limited to GoHighLevel, WordPress, Google Workspace, and others. We are not responsible for the availability, terms, or performance of third-party services. Clients are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platforms used in connection with our services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Texas.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
