Yes. We review it first to make sure it’s healthy, and if it needs cleanup we quote that before you commit to anything.
What happens if I cancel my care plan?
New standard care enrollments are month to month. To cancel, give 30 days’ written notice. Your website is yours to keep, and we help you move it wherever it goes next.
Do I need a care plan if my site is brand new?
New sites need care the same way new cars need oil changes. Updates and monitoring are what keep new from becoming vulnerable over the next year.
What if I need more changes than my included edit time?
Edits beyond your plan’s included time are quoted before we do the work, so you are never surprised by a bill.
