These designs are basic, simple, and non-custom enterprise branding assets.
Arise does not guarantee trademark availability or exclusivity.
You are responsible for conducting any trademark or legal reviews.
AI-generated content may not be eligible for trademark protection in certain jurisdictions.

4. Payments and Refunds

All pricing will be agreed upon before work begins.
Payment terms will be specified per project or service.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These platforms operate independently from Arise.
