The fine print, upfront
If you cancel early
The remaining balance of the standard $1,500 build fee applies, minus the care plan months you have already paid. Cancel at month four on the Care plan and you have paid $588, so the remaining balance is $912. We explain this before you sign, not after.
What the promo doesn’t cover
The $79 Maintain plan is not eligible. More than 5 pages, custom from-scratch design, content writing, photography, e-commerce, and migrations from another platform are quoted separately. You provide your copy, images, and logo, and the build timeline starts when we receive them. New clients only.
From first call to live site
- A free 30-minute consultation. We confirm the promo fits your business and answer everything. This call is the gate; no promo is confirmed without it.
- Sign and start. A 12-month care plan agreement at Care or above, signed online. Your first month’s payment starts onboarding.
- Send your content. Your words, images, and logo. The build timeline starts when we receive them.
- We build, you approve, it goes live. A preview link, one round of revisions, and most sites live in 5 to 7 business days.

What exactly do I get for free?
A professional WordPress website, up to 5 pages, customized to your business: mobile-friendly design, a contact form, basic on-page SEO, hosting setup, and one round of revisions before it goes live. All at no charge when you start a 12-month care plan at the Care tier or above.
Why does it require a 12-month care plan?
The build has real value, and the 12-month plan is how it works for both sides: you get a professional website with no upfront cost, and we have the relationship in place to take care of it properly. After the 12 months, the plan continues month to month at the same rate, and you can cancel with 30 days notice.
What happens if I cancel early?

Can you write the content for me?
Content writing is not included. Most clients provide a paragraph or two about their business, their services, and some photos, and we guide you on exactly what we need. If writing is a real barrier, we can quote it separately on the consultation call.
